Nontransplant Tissue Bank HOME

Welcome to the Nontransplant Tissue Bank Homepage

The Colorado Office Nontransplant Tissue Banks Program regulates nontransplant tissue banks in the State of Colorado. Program activities include registration of nontransplant tissue banks, investigation of complaints, and enforcement of disciplinary actions against those who violate statute for Nontransplant Tissue Banks. The Program's mission is to maintain the profession's integrity and protect its consumers.

The Colorado Office of Policy, Research and Regulatory Reform is currently conducting a sunset review of the Nontransplant Tissue Bank Program. Analysis is performed to determine if the program is necessary and should be continued, modified, or repealed.  To provide input on this review, please visit COPRRR's website.
