The Division of Professions and Occupations provides consumer protection through its regulation of more than 500,000 licensees within more than 50 professions, occupations and businesses in the State of Colorado. The Colorado Office of Policy, Research and Regulatory Reform is currently conducting a sunset review of the Division of Professions and Occupations. Analysis is performed to determine if the Division is necessary and should be continued, modified, or repealed.  To provide input on this review, please visit COPRRR's website.
