Colorado Podiatry CE and Ongoing Professional Development

All Podiatrists with an active license are required to complete Continuing Education and Ongoing Professional Development in order to renew, reinstate, or reactivate a license to practice podiatry in the state of Colorado. Continuing EducationEach license period, podiatrists must complete a minimum of ten (10) hours of continuing education sufficient to maintain currency in the field of podiatry. This requirement becomes effective immediately upon licensure and must be completed before a license is renewed.

Colorado Speech-Language Pathology CPC

All Speech-Language Pathologists must begin to demonstrate Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) to practice speech-language pathology in the state of Colorado after renewing their initial certification (i.e., If your first certificate was issued during the middle of DORA's renewal period and you renew it before it expires you must begin to complete continuing professional competency after renewing the initial license). CPC requirements must be met in order to renew or reinstate a certificate to practice speech-language pathology.
