CDPHE immunization educational materials now available

Senate Bill 25-194: Sunset Dental Practice Act requires that dentists and dental hygienists who administer immunizations distribute immunization educational materials and recommendations developed by the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to their patients. CDPHE has provided this document Dental patient vaccine handout, which meets the requirements of CRS 12-220-305(1)(t)(II)(E) and CRS 12-220-504(1)(d)(II)(E).
