Address Confidentiality Program (ACP)

The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) is a statewide program administered by Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA) that provides survivors of domestic violence, sexual offenses, and/or stalking with a legal substitute address for interacting with all state and local government agencies, in addition to a confidential mail forwarding service. The intent of the ACP is to protect the location of a survivor's physical address (work, residential, and/or school) as part of a comprehensive plan to reduce the risk of future harm.
