Colorado DPO Fingerprinting and Background Check

Some applicants for licensure must submit fingerprints for a background check to one of the approved vendors for processing by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The purpose is conducting a state and national fingerprint based criminal history record check using both CBI and FBI records. The Colorado Applicant Background Services (CABS) program requires electronic fingerprints transmission through the two approved vendors, IdentoGO Fingerprint Services and American Bioidentity - Colorado Fingerprinting.
